Co Curricular Activities

At SCGS, we believe that some of the most meaningful learning happens beyond the classroom. Our CCA programme provides every student with opportunities to discover her interests, develop her strengths and grow through shared experiences with others.

Through sustained participation in Sports, Performing Arts, Uniformed Groups, and Clubs and Societies, students develop valuable life skills such as responsibility, resilience, teamwork and leadership. They learn to commit to something, navigate challenges, support one another and contribute to a community larger than themselves.

CCA also provides a platform for students to develop their talents and interests, build confidence and friendships, and experience the joy and fulfilment that come from pursuing something with purpose. Whether through competition, performance, service, exploration or leadership, each experience contributes to the making of a well-rounded Kim Gek.

Ultimately, our CCA programme seeks to nurture students who are Sincere Collaborators, Courageous Change Makers, Generous Contributors and Servant Leaders — young women who are ready to learn, contribute and make a difference in the world around them.
